Founder & CEO, IIT Roorkee Alumnus
Pryank Agrawal is an IIT Roorkee Graduate. He has held leadership positions in large marquee organizations like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Barclays for almost a decade and a half and has lived in various cities in India, the US, and the Middle East. His fascination with new cities and love for real estate investments led him to buy property in various cities across India. The idea of Housewise came to fruition when he could not find a single trustworthy property management service provider in India.
Pooja Kamath
Senior VP & Operations Head
Corporate experience of more than 17 years in leadership positions in the telecom and banking sectors.
Prior to joining Housewise, she worked with market leaders like Citigroup, TATA, HDFC and Russian conglomerate Sistema group in the retail as well as the corporate segments.
Pooja is Senior VP and heads India Operations.

He is a graduate of the Indian School of Business.
Rohit Nathany

He is currently leading the product and growth efforts at a well-funded US-based start-up, MakeSpace. Prior to that, he led the product teams at HelloFresh from pre-IPO to now $7 billion in market cap. He also helped start FBA Small & Light and PrimeNow during his time at Amazon.
Manas Patil
Head of Engineering at Loopr AI
Manas Patil is a technology, product, and engineering leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling digital platforms, cloud infrastructure, and high-performing technology organizations. As Head of Engineering at Loopr AI, he leads the technology vision, architecture, and delivery of AI-powered solutions for real-world industrial applications.
Previously, as a founding member and Director of Engineering at BigBasket Instant (formerly Kwik24), Manas helped establish India’s pioneering unmanned, cashless smart-store platform from its early pilot stage. He led technology strategy across IoT, AI, analytics, operations, and customer experience, while building and managing a 50-member cross-functional organization. The platform has since grown into a nationwide network of 3,000+ smart vending machines, positioning BBInstant as India’s largest vending-machine operator.
His earlier leadership roles at Bajaj Finance and BT Global Services span digital lending, enterprise-cloud transformation, global product delivery, stakeholder management, and engineering-team development. Manas holds an M.Tech in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University.
